I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander for about 15 years and she is simply the best! Dr. Jan is a wonderful, extremely caring physician, she goes the extra mile and is always ready to provide care and offer solutions when I’ve needed them. For that I am so, so grateful. If ever you’re having any medical issues, she will take care of them right on the spot if she can. I have also worked with Janelle for some various ongoing skin issues I’ve been dealing with and she is so knowledgeable and understanding about the products she uses and the approach she takes with her aesthetic practice. Dr. Alexander is the best doctor I have ever been to. We have been seeing her for nearly two years now since moving to Cedarburg and the level of expertise and compassion she shows is more than I could ever ask for. My son has been sick multiple times over this last year, and she is able to fit him into her schedule when I call and shows nothing but kindness when we are in for our checkup. She even walks me out to my car (what other doctor does that!!) after our appointment. I cannot recommend her enough, we will never find another doctor like her. I love this medical office. Dr. Alexander is so knowledgeable and always concerned for your wellbeing. In addition to her OB/GYN and family practices, the aesthetic options are phenomenal. My hair is growing back and I've lost ~10% of my body weight in just a few months.Tonight I had such a wonderful facial with Janelle. My face is so soft, even my "tech neck" wrinkles look shallower. When I got home it was the first time in weeks my husband didn't say "you look so tired." The bed was so comfy I do think I took a nap, and those sheets, they were so silky.
