I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank my dentist for following up with me the same day after hearing about my concerns. He personally checked in on me, was very apologetic about the lack of communication, and went above and beyond by squeezing me into his schedule so that I could be seen. I truly appreciated his willingness to listen, take my concerns seriously, and make sure I received the care I needed. That follow-up meant a lot to me, especially because I had been feeling overlooked and was worried about my dental health.
