I went to this locations urgent arrived about 4:45 for shortness of breathe. Got called back right away. I don't remember names but I remember kindness and compassion (I also prayed before going) but they dug into my health history probably more than I wanted but they did what was right and treated and tested me accordingly. Not sure about the low reviews I thought the staff was great!

I went in for chest pain, falling over and not being able to breathe. I thought I was having a heart attack. They basically mocked me claiming that I just have anxiety. Come to find out my otc inhaler I was using could literally kill me. They told me to stop use immediately and yet still told me that I have anxiety. My heart issues didn’t go away for about a month after the use of the otc inhaler. Completely unprofessional, they did absolutely no digging. They gave me a steroid shot right before discharge in which I had an allergic reaction to and had to go elsewhere to get treated. Walked in to the urgent care for my daughter on a Friday morning. Wait time was only 35 minutes before being seen. Employees seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Xray was read very quickly and discharged shortly after. Urgent cares can be hit or miss... This is one that seems to run smoothly, and I would go back to again as needed.
