The receptionist is always friendly, professional, and answers right away. They have an efficient online portal to schedule appointments, which are usually available within a week. They run very close to on time; I have never waited more than five minutes for vitals. Dr. Duffy spends a lot of time getting to know his clients and treat them as a whole. I have come in for various reasons and always left feeling like I received the best care possible. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Duffy about any ailment, even the embarrassing ones. I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue. I think the customer service is great and the workers are always so nice to me! I’m always greeted with a smile. My doctor is the best and I can always make an appointment on short notice.
