“The receptionist is always friendly, professional, and answers right away. They have an efficient online portal to schedule appointments, which are usually available within a week. They run very close to on time; I have never waited more than five minutes for vitals. Dr. Duffy spends a lot of time getting to know his clients and treat them as a whole. I have come in for various reasons and always left feeling like I received the best care possible. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Duffy about any ailment, even the embarrassing ones. He is friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I have never been so happy with a primary care doctor. I recommend him to anyone in Ozaukee County.“

They took care of me very quickly and efficiently and I was treated and released within 3 hours. I also had a very thorough RN by the name of Jacob; he was extremely personable and gave me more information about what happened and potentially why it happened and excellent guidance.
