“They replaced a water heater for me last month. I called in the morning and spoke to Kevin, and Mitchell was there in the afternoon to install, day of. I found their price competitive with other local companies, and they installed a water heater that is apparently a lot better than what you can buy at one of the box stores, which is definitely a bonus. Mitchell was in and out in 3 hours and left the area cleaner than it was when he got there. Will definitely use again.“

“I was highly pleased with the service I received from O & W Heating and Cooling and Furnace. Based on the evaluation we did ahead of time, we knew we were going to need a replacement water heater. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and because it was the Memorial Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to contact somebody. My husband, my kids, and I were all very much over cold showers and ready to have a new water heater installed quickly. Not only were they able to accommodate my same day request that Tuesday, but they arrived sooner than what they originally advised.
