I called Oak Creek plumbing because they have done work for me 4 times in the past and Ed has never failed me. Initially the office let me know it wasn't possible to get service so quickly, but a short time later Ed called me and said he could make this work. I got drawn into Black Friday promo, but Ed & Doug saved the day even though I didn't buy appliances from them. They are very loyal to repeat customers..... highly recommended.“

“They replaced a water heater for me last month. I called in the morning and spoke to Kevin, and Mitchell was there in the afternoon to install, day of. I found their price competitive with other local companies, and they installed a water heater that is apparently a lot better than what you can buy at one of the box stores, which is definitely a bonus. Mitchell was in and out in 3 hours and left the area cleaner than it was when he got there. Will definitely use again.“

Used the camera to locate the problem and found a collapsed pipe. They came back the next day and started digging it up and were finished within 3 days. Thank you again for your service!! T was on time, very easy to get along with, and understood I know nothing about plumbing and didn't make me feel my questions were too basic like another local plumbing service.
