“Love this gym and the atmosphere, but one BIG thing I struggle with every time I come is there isn’t an automatic door opener, so if you are carrying littles in like myself and have your hands full, it’s an annoying struggle.“

Everyday Bliss Yoga

“I had the opportunity to practice at Everyday Bliss on multiple occasions in June. Being a seasoned yoga practitioner for over 20 years I found the classes to be well structured with a grounding beginning a build up to a peak pose followed by an appropriate savasana to assimilate the physical, energetic and mental benefits of the class. The space is clean and welcoming with abundant natural light. I always approach a new studio with curiosity and openness in order to expand my experience of yoga practices which are vast.I attended one of the many events hosted here and enjoyed the energy of the community that shone through as well as the experience of the eventI also took advantage of the student massage service available during my stay... all up a great business that nurtures body mind and soul.“

Get Hot Yoga Yoga

“Zero judgement here. No ego. Just you and your mat. Really great intro if your planning to start hot yoga. They offer 3 classes for $15 then you can purchase blocks of 10 or 20 classes that don't expire (or other memberships) and go when you please. I found this studio when I was struggling with my health, heart health ecspecially so I went into this very open but also not sure what to expect. I first met Ellen and she was so nice and reassuring and did some of poses next to me if i wasnt sure. I was hooked! If your looking for a faster pace I'd recommend Chandler. She's a great powerhouse and keeps you really moving! My personal favorite is Susan! ? We've chatted about expectations and finding your inner grouding. She has given me alot of tips and support through my journey. She always reassures that it's going to be hard but this is your practice and you know your body best. I feel like I leave her classes mentally and emotionally refreshed. I'd highly recommend this studio. I will say leave early to find parking and they do close the doors when class starts so don't get locked out!“

“Only yoga studio in Milwaukee that does 90 minute Bikram yoga classes multiple times per week. The heat, humidity, and positive energy I feel from this small studio and its instructors have me feeling energized and looking forward to the next time I get practice here again. All instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and health.
I had been seeing a chiropractor a few times per week for bulging disc issues for a few years. After a few months of regular practice here I no longer feel the need to go to the chiropractor nearly as much.“

Authentic Birth Center Yoga

“What an incredible experience! We had the perfect midwife trio support my wife's natural birth, and I can't say I had ever witnessed such expertise and synergy in my life before. Katy Skarlatos (the owner), Katie Storck, and Emily Jalabert had such impressive cohesion, collective harmony, communication, and expertise. It was truly awesome to witness their teamwork. I really struggle to express my awe for these women, how gentle, warm, professional, competent and capable they are, but I hope my review can help others when it comes to choosing where to give birth. My wife had a shorter than average active labor. We had narrowly made it to the parking lot of the birth center, but she was too far along to go inside and couldn’t move from clutching the back of her seat. The midwives rushed out and went right to work. They helped deliver our baby safely right there in the car, and then helped my wife and baby get to their room. It's hard to describe the awesome scene I witnessed that night and the rest of the time we spent at Authentic. Words that come to my mind include pure class, highly attentive care, genuine empathy, and professionalism. Those midwives were completely in a flow state like they were one mind, and their ability to pivot quickly while still keeping in said flow state made the birth experience easier on all of us. Every step of the way there was informed consent, all needs taken care of, guidance, warmth, competence, and assistance at every turn. A stay at Authentic is truly an experience that rivals any hotel or hospital. The warm lighting, the recessed boxes of fiber optic starlight on the ceiling, and the overall serene atmosphere made the Sophia Suite sublime and inviting. The shared common areas were always comfortable, and the whole facility was very clean. My wife and I are so grateful for these women and for the birth center. I highly recommend Authentic to anyone expecting.“
