I just love Barefoot Haven as a retreat from the chaos of everyday life. It’s a calm and relaxing sanctuary. I took Jody F’s 6 AM yoga class this Thursday, and it was pure bliss. The perfect way to start your morning: movement introspection, and self-care. 💛
My wife and I attend Nadine’s Intermediate Flow class every Wednesday. She is an exemplary teacher and brings a perfect blend of calm, creative, and encouraging energy to the practice.
This is where I fell in love with yoga and it feels like home every time I walk in the door. Jenny's classes are welcoming and amazing. Robin's classes are exciting and challenging. Nadine's classes are calming and great for intention setting. Rick's classes are fun and will push your comfort zone. I cannot recommend this place enough.
