I have felt very loved and supported by Daneen not only during the class but also as I continue to grow in my Reiki practice. I look forward to taking Reiki level II in the near future.”

“This place is a gem. We did this for a night out with my mom’s group and it was so much fun. It’s a different way to stretch and move your body while also having fun. Anybody can participate regardless of body type or fitness status. I plan to come back with my girls. Mildred was an awesome beginner instructor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for team building or just something to be active.”

“First time visitor, and I attended a special session called Gongtopia. I am open to new things, and have done minimal yoga, but this class sounded interesting. I was among roughly 20 others who all let our stress, and as a master percussionist filled the room with sounds that washed over us.<br>Whether you know yoga well or are a beginner, this studio is beautifully set up. It has classes for all levels, and the website states: Choose a class, Pay for the class ($25 is the current price), sign the release form online, bring a mat, and show up.<br>Diane is kind and accommodating. She is quick to respond. I am hoping to take this special class again, but in the meantime, I am also happy to encourage everyone to step inside and find your peace.<br>I did not take a photo inside the yoga studio because there were still others inside and I didn't want to intrude. You can see it on their website.”
