Catrina is an excellent massage therapist. This was my first massage ever and I was slightly anxious. He space is warm and inviting and she was empathetic to my worries. She worked on my problem areas and was able to work around an injury while still focusing on the area. She really knows her stuff! I will definitely be back. Thank you Catrina!

I had my first massage today. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw and neck and requested cross fiber massage. She did a fabulous job of releasing the tension and was very encouraging and kind on how to follow through with self care. Absolutely recommend Catrina at Mindful Healing Massage.

The environment and studio were very welcoming. Catrina was very attentive to my goals for the session. Her knowledge is vast and was on full display while guiding me through my massage.
