I am been going to Tosa Yoga for 10 years now, and not only are the classes wonderful and accommodate all levels, but the people are gems. It’s a wonderful environment to practice yoga in.
A wonderful community and a cozy, sun-filled spot to do yoga. This place is a staple in the East Tosa community for good reason. Knowledgeable instructors guide you through classes with ease and make everyone feel welcome, no matter your skill level.
I love this place! The studio is beautiful, the instructors are kind and talented. Each class has a cohesive flow as you work towards a peak pose. A welcoming place for all levels. It feels like my yoga home.
