I hired DJ's Lawn at the end of April to perform the spring startup on my sprinkler system for $160, along with an additional repair to replace a valve. Unfortunately, after the service, the sprinkler system stopped working completely. They returned in May as a service call to begin troubleshooting.
It took longer than expected to get everything fully up and running, requiring four service visits so far this season. Thankfully, Josh stayed committed to finding and fixing the problem. Dan and Frida were out here to change a valve on our system. Dan has been out here before and he’s always pleasant and very informative. Frida was also as friendly and seemed to enjoy and learn the system. The technicians were here at the start up and knew the valve was going, but didn’t want to change it at that time. Could’ve saved you a trip and saved myself some money. I know startups are just that startups, however I had to pay a fee to have these guys come out when a simple 20 minute fix would have saved Me some money.. Otherwise, we are so happy with our system. Keep up the good work. I would request Dan anytime.

Dan and Frida came this week to start my sprinkler system for the season. Both were very friendly and they provided good insight into my watering schedule. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend DJ’s.
