“We noticed our 10 year old water heater leaking onto the basement floor the morning of Thanksgiving. Ughhh! I was pleasantly surprised when I called Waukesha Plumbing the following morning and Dave answered the phone. As instructed by Dave I texted him some pictures of the water heater. He promptly called me back. His suppliers were not available for the holiday weekend but as luck would have it, he did have one 40 gallon water heater on hand that he explained would be sufficient for two people living in a condo. He was at our condo within a couple hours. He said that he tries to accommodate for at least one emergency incident per day as ours surely was on the holiday weekend. Our new water heater was installed within a couple hours and our leaking one hauled away. Dave was courteous, knowledgeable, and his work was fairly priced. I think he told us he had twenty years of experience providing his services. Don't hesitate to call Dave at Waukesha Plumbing; right here locally in Mukwonago. You won't be disappointed. “We can't say enough about Soft Water. Brett came and eplained the problem (too much iron in the water) and possible solutions. A few days an iron filter and new pressure tank was installed by Randy.The plumber, Elliott, came 2 days later to install an outdoor spigot we requested and we mentioned that we noticed decreased water pressure in the kitchen sink. On his own he called Kohler and ordered new parts which we found out were under warranty. He came and replaced the faucet head and "the box" under the sink as soon as the parts came interested. Today Logan came to clean out our water softener. Everyone was professional, quick to address our questions and needs and explained everything thoroughly.“
“Yesterday I wrote a review and gave a 1 star because of delay in retuning my phone call. Chris did return my call and immediately set a team member out to replace my Water Heater. Installation was completed and we now have HOT water. I should have waited to write a review that's why I am rewriting a positive review today. I was worried that I would have a flood if the water heater would take a dump. Again I should have waited for Chris to call. I will now again have Fox Plumbing as my go to plumber going forward!!!“
