“The switch must have shorted out on our well head and caused the insulation to catch fire. Not knowing what caused it at the time, police and fire responded to extinguish the fire. We mentioned that we do business with Maas, we heard nothing but good things about them. We were grateful that Charlie and his partner came on a holiday weekend. Despite the bitter cold, they spent a couple hours replacing everything up top. We expected a hefty bill, given the circumstances. But we were so pleased with the invoice. Called four different companies and Aqua Well was the only one where I talked to a real person, not an answering service. They sent a service man later that same day. He went beyond what was expected and did not leave until I thoroughly understood what steps to take after he left. Received a water report about a week later. Very satisfied overall.
