We can't say enough about Soft Water. Brett came and eplained the problem (too much iron in the water) and possible solutions. A few days an iron filter and new pressure tank was installed by Randy.The plumber, Elliott, came 2 days later to install an outdoor spigot we requested and we mentioned that we noticed decreased water pressure in the kitchen sink. On his own he called Kohler and ordered new parts which we found out were under warranty. He came and replaced the faucet head and "the box" under the sink as soon as the parts came interested. Needed to replace a really old water softening system.Brett came out and discussed all our options,We had a new unit installed yesterday and it was quick and efficient.We are very pleased with our decision to go with Soft Water inc.

We are so please with Soft Water. Brett came in to give us a quote for an iron filter. Gave me extra tip on how to remove the stains. Explained the units where the tanks would be installed. Randy came the next day. He moved soft water tank to make room the new tanks. Replaced drain pipe w larger sz.. Explained maintenance ( pretty easy) . So happy! Highly recommend soft water!
