“Dave and his crew came out to replace our neighbors pressure tank. We share the well with our neighbor so we were told our water would need to be turned off while his tank was being replaced. Dave also requested to see our tank while he was here. It was rusted and Dave told us his concerns. We decided to have it replaced and Dave did it right then! He had all the tools he needed, including the tank, and even helped me with another issue I had with a drain nin my house. The tank we had was previously installed by him back in 1996 and it was still going 30 years later!!!! To say he does quality work is an understatement. He went above and beyond, was honest, fast, relaible and VERY REASONABLY priced. The only thing is, you will have to remind yourself that Harrison Ford is not in your house because Dave could be his stunt double! If you ask nicely, he may even give you his autograph. “I hired DJ's Lawn at the end of April to perform the spring startup on my sprinkler system for $160, along with an additional repair to replace a valve. Unfortunately, after the service, the sprinkler system stopped working completely. They returned in May as a service call to begin troubleshooting.
It took longer than expected to get everything fully up and running, requiring four service visits so far this season. Thankfully, Josh stayed committed to finding and fixing the problem. He was persistent, professional, and dedicated to making sure the system was working properly, and he finally got everything functioning correctly in mid-July. I really appreciate that he didn't give up until the issue was resolved.
I'm giving four stars because, while I'm happy with the final outcome and Josh did a great job, it took four visits and nearly three months after the initial service for the sprinkler system to become fully functional again.“
