She came to our home and was so sweet, soft-spoken, and incredibly gentle with Louie. The love, respect, and compassion she showed him — and us — made the entire process as peaceful as it could possibly be. It was clear she genuinely cares about the pets and families she serves.

Dr. Carrie also has an amazing setup and incredible support system in place even after that day. She sent a thoughtful “how to handle grief” email filled with helpful resources — book recommendations for both children and adults, audio options, support groups, and even one-on-one support from her colleague who is certified in pet loss grief support, euthanasia, and pet hospice.

Her services are truly the whole package, from beginning to end. We are so grateful for her compassion, her kindness, and the dignity she gave Louie in his final moments. I can’t recommend Dr. Carrie Donahue and Full Circle highly enough.“

“I didn’t have the pleasure in going to my cats first appointment with them but, my boyfriend did and he is very picky when it comes to our pets care. When he got home from the vet visit he had nothing to say but great things. The most amazing thing was our cat isn’t a stranger danger cat but he doesn’t really like strangers touching him, but his new vet even cut his nails without him making it a seem he’s was uncomfortable (mostly) his old vet went straight for grabbing the scruff of the neck and laying him down on his side. Needless to say I’m impressed“

Whole Pet is truly the greatest veterinary clinic. The amount of love and care every staff member has is unbelievable. You’re greeted by friendly CSRs. The nurses and assistants are all so kind. All the doctors are knowledgeable. There is no doubt that every single animal who walks or is carried through the door is treated with gentle compassionate care. Whole Pet is just the BEST!“

“Excellent providers and wonderful caring staff. Both the vets there are very compassionate. They are upfront about our pets' health. I feel they are mindful about the expense to owners, always giving options and never recommending unnecessary care or testing. Compared to other vets in the area, the cost for their services is reasonable and prescription food, etc is equal to or less than any place one found online.
We're so fortunate to have Sandhill caring for us and our pets!

“City dog vet has been by far, the best vet I’ve seen in Madison. Both Dr. Stevens and Dr. Roberts are compassionate, knowledgeable and so helpful. They’re thorough, welcoming and all around spectacular. Additionally, they make themselves available for a phone call if I have questions or need follow up care that doesn’t warrant a second visit. Their staff follows up after every appointment to see how your pet is doing, and my pup has never been in better hands. Additionally, I find their recommendations to be honest and helpful, not at all like a money grab. If I ask about the necessity of something, I get an honest answer and recommendation. I moved out of state and was so sad to leave this vet, but Dr. Stevens was kind enough to refer me to a new vet he recommends to get established. I recommend City Dog Vet to all of my fellow pet owners!!“

“The staff at Community Care really does care. They go out of their way to help and are dedicated, as well as passionate, about caring for our fur babies. The care they have provided has saved two of my cats lives. I am forevfer grateful for Dr Deb and her staff. 10/10 recommend.

Also, they don’t overcharge! Prices are reasonable. This makes handle challenging medical issues less stressful. They do what is needed and that’s it. I also appreciate they educate and explain what is going on. It is a partnership.

“Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came here from out of town and they were able to sneak my little dog in for a fluoro procedure same day!
Only thing i wish would have went better is having an update during the procedure. Was worried when it was 1.5 hours past when they said they would be done and i still heard nothing

I like that they are cat people and understand they are all different. People complain about the price but you can’t put a price on knowing your cat is being properly taken care of. To me not having to wait, getting into a room right away, the professionalism of the staff and the compassion I feel from the vet for my cat is well worth the $17 more my vet bill costs me a year.“
