Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a vet. Everyone here really cares about cats and it shows. The exam rooms are designed with cats in mind and it really makes a difference. My kitty had dental work done and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. The staff was patient with me and gave me updates while she was under, which I really appreciated. I had a clerical issue with my bill and it was corrected quickly. Overall wonderful place with wonderful people!

We ran into an emergency where we had to quarantine our cat for 10 days with very short notice. After calling around multiple places in the Madison area, all of which were booked or did not do quarantine, this place went above and beyond. They said they did not normally do quarantines like we were looking for, especially since we weren't a previous customer, but the receptionist talked to the owner and they made an exception for us out of kindness. In a time of stress, the Cat Care Clinic took the burden off us and quarantined Twinkie. She was required to do 3 check-ups during the 10 days and was treated very well. Cat Care Clinic has been incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I have brought in my cat or had a question. Everyone there has been super nice and knows exactly what they’re doing, so I’ve never had to question whether or not my cat was getting the best care possible.
