I brought my cat Jack here when he was just a baby kitten. He is treated well by an amazing staff. His Doctor is kind and gentle. I like that they are cat people and understand they are all different. People complain about the price but you can’t put a price on knowing your cat is being properly taken care of. To me not having to wait, getting into a room right away, the professionalism of the staff and the compassion I feel from the vet for my cat is well worth the $17 more my vet bill costs me a year.
About Cat Care Clinic - East
Cat Care Clinic - East is a new expansion of the well-established Cat Care Clinic, which has been providing exceptional care for Madison cats for over 30 years. The clinic is now located in the beautiful Lyric building on the east side of Madison, offering convenient access to cat owners in the area.
Many customers highlight the staff's gentle and thoughtful approach when handling their feline patients, as well as the clinic's cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and modern style. One long-time pet owner mentioned that this is the best vet clinic they have ever visited, appreciating the thorough and attentive care their cats receive. Customers also note that the prices are great for the services provided, and that the professionalism and compassion of the staff make a significant difference.
While one reviewer had a less than satisfactory experience with the front desk staff not being very welcoming and feeling pressured to schedule additional procedures, overall, the clinic is seen as a reliable and trustworthy option for Madison cat owners. Many appreciate that the staff, including Dr. Gallagher and others, are caring and understanding, even in difficult situations like saying goodbye to a pet. The clinic's positive environment and high-quality care make it a preferred choice for both pets and their owners.
Reviews
Being a pet owner for over 15 years I can honestly say this place is hands down the best vet clinic I have ever been to. My experiences here have been met BEYOND my expectations without a doubt. I live 45 mins away from the east side clinic, and the clinic we have previously been taking our cats to which is non comparable to the cat care clinic. I have been to the cat care clinic only 3 times, and after this last emergency visit for my kitten, I’ll never go anywhere else. They check EVERYTHING and are so thorough, they document every single detail during your appointment and after 15 years of not being satisfied on my pets behalf at the vet, I’m relieved! I have never left this place and felt like something was missed or over looked or not taken seriously or felt like I may have made a mistake, or wasted money.
Thank you Dr Mueller & staff! You are all amazing!
This is the best vet experience I (and I think my sweet kitty) have ever had. Dr. Mueller was attentive and patience and I could tell my cat felt comfortable with him right away. The nurses who took my cat's blood and urine were also so gentle and kind. I can't recommend this vet enough. I've been to so many vets with my cat in different cities throughout the years, and they handled my cat with the utmost care and love. They were also able to see her quickly, which is so important to me. Highly recommend!
