Irongate Equine is professional, honest, and empathetic. They care very much about their clients and horses. I’ve had a 10+ year relationship with Irongate and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve helped me with lameness issues, pre-purchases, emergencies, and overall health of my horse. I’m thankful they are my vet and appreciate all of the extra time they spend explaining different procedures, evaluations, etc so I feel I can make the right choice.

When I moved to Madison from Amherst, Wi., my long time, trusted vet recommended Irongate, as he had served on an advisory board with Dr. Nesson. I have been so happy to work with all the vets and staff at Irongate. They have cared for the needs of my old guys and my young mare. I would highly recommend this excellent clinic for their knowledge, compassion and ongoing, cutting edge practice providing everything from routine vaccinations through acupuncture.
