Never had an issue, and we've been taking our pets there for 10 years now. Easy to schedule appointments, staff is super friendly, doctors are very thorough, and cats always feel comfortable (well as much as they can being cats).

I spoke to Ally, the acting manager. I have a cat who pees 4-6 times a Day out of the litter box. I was beside myself as I have been sustaining him doing this for 6 months. I called with no options, and she not only calmed me down, but gave me options, and didn’t judge for any of the feelings I had. (I love this cat, but he has cost me over 10k in damages and has given me severe anxiety leaving my house)
Ally not only gave me hope, but gave me resources and made me feel not so alone. Her options did NOT include euthanasia, which made me feel even better about our conversation. 10 stars for Ally.
