We like Dr. Frankethal. She is smart, truly loves pets, and takes the time to listen to one's comments and questions. He clinical acumen is excellent, and we follow her advice.

Our experiences have been great with all of the staff. It is nice to go to a business where you are treated with kindness and compassion. It's no wonder Sondel is rated the best. Thank you. I love this place. They are so caring and gentle with Dolly. Dolly is a service dog. It is easy for her to understand my asks when I tell her to listen to them while they are providing care and treatment. She trusts me to give her proper instruction especially when it comes to other people. The staff make this a comfortable situation for both of us. I am never asked to leave the room.
