“I took the 200 hour YTT satellite program at IA this year. It was an amazing experience. The staff at Inspiring Actions are passionate about yoga and all of the teachers there show it. I felt included and considered. I highly recommend this yoga studio. My favorite thing is the wide variety of classed. You can choose to do every tour of class from restorative to more intensive classes and everything in between. This kind of opportunity is hard to come by at most yoga studios.
