I joined Hotworx about 6 months ago as an addition to my regular gym. It is amazing that it offers such a variety of programs that help burn calories fast and help improve flexibility.

What a recovery zoneWorkout in a whole new dimension.Infrared/heated saunas really make a difference in my workouts. These sessions really bring on the Burn and has helped in my flexibility.
