I took the 200 hour YTT satellite program at IA this year. It was an amazing experience. The staff at Inspiring Actions are passionate about yoga and all of the teachers there show it. I felt included and considered. I highly recommend this yoga studio. My favorite thing is the wide variety of classed. You can choose to do every tour of class from restorative to more intensive classes and everything in between. This kind of opportunity is hard to come by at most yoga studios. It sets Inspiring Actions apart.

I suffering from Seizures for 7 Years now. I experiences abnormal behaviour, symptoms and sometimes including loss of consciousness, I thank God that I come across to the herbal Doctor. Had never done yoga before and tried my first class at Inspiring Actions. Everyone was very welcoming! I found you can attend any class with any level of experience. Now I’ve been going there for more than a year and its changed my life in such a positive way! Wonderful instructors too!
