She is very active and hands on throughout every session, moving around the whole 90 minutes helping every person correct and/or adapt poses.She makes her classes widely available across a large geographic range while leaving a small footprint by tucking into available unused community spaces whether it be a community center, childcare center, golf club, art center, or church.She understands that injuries, aging, surgeries and other bodily trials happen over the long haul of yoga practice, so she is an instructor who will push you plenty, but who also embraces the concept and frequently states it, “Do the best you can with the body you showed up in today. Work at your own pace.”“

“Dawn is one of the most AMAZING individuals I have ever known. This is the reason I took her yoga teacher training course. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers so much more than typical training. She is kind, flexible and patient, and takes the time to get to know you and what you need to learn the information. I loved the fact she brought in a “guest” speaker, to let us experience Thai Body work. She definitely goes outside of the box, and I really appreciate her humor and lightheartedness she gives to the class. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about taking this course with Dawn, as I only wish I would of taken it sooner. You will be very well- rounded in Yoga and It’s philosophy. “I have been going to crunch for about a year or so and I like it a lot. Any the Zumba instructor is amazing I left another gym to follow her. I really like the HIIT classes Austin is amazing! I have a bad shoulder and can’t do everything due to it but he always finds a way to change things for me to incorporate them into the class! I wish my schedule would line up more so I can take the classes more. Thank you for being a gym where anyone can be there and not be judged!“
