Scheduling is easy, and the experience is smooth from beginning to end. Doctors are professional, personable, and provide easy-to-understand diagnoses and treatment plans. They are attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable, with special care for diabetic patients. The group listens to understand health needs and delivers care that is right for each patient. Insurance accepted includes Anthem, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Molina, Network Health Plan, Cigna, Aspirus, Corvel, SmartHealth, Holista, TriWest, WPS, First Health, County BH Contracts, and many more.
They took excellent care of me. I would have given them 5 stars except for the discharge procedure. There was some confusion in my discharge orders, and I waited longer than necessary to be discharged. Additionally, my discharge orders were rather vague, even though they were written, I still had to call my attending physician to find out The timeframe for what I could and could not do.
I Love the Mequon medical group. My Doctor, Dr. Grindell, is a great addition to their group. Everyone is so patient and welcoming... from the sign in desk to the technicians and nurses, and my Doctor. They can't do anything better
From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience with Ascension Medical - Mequon Clinic. Scheduling was easy, Dr. Varney and the nurses were competent and kind. Truly a smooth experience beginning to end and I am so grateful!
