There was some confusion in my discharge orders, and I waited longer than necessary to be discharged. Additionally, my discharge orders were rather vague, even though they were written, I still had to call my attending physician to find out The timeframe for what I could and could not do.“

“I cannot recommend Linsey enough. She is truly incredible at what she does—not just with Botox and lip filler (which always turn out amazing), but especially with her knowledge and use of peptides.

Before I left for Florida, I could barely lift my leg. I was relying on a brace and honestly felt really discouraged about my progress. Fast forward to now—I’m walking without my brace, able to fully lift my leg, and can bend it to 90°.

Especially without PT currently due to me just moving down to Florida, I was really worried my progress would stall. I’m still doing the exercises that were given to me, but I’m not actively being seen by a physical therapist right now—and despite that, I’ve continued to improve.

I called and was able to be seen within just an hour or two. I met and spoke with Chelsea K and she examined me, talked with me, and listened to me and helped me figure out what test I should get. While waiting to get a test with another vendor, she called me a couple of times to follow up on blood tests results and always made me feel heard. She never rushed the conversation. When I had gone in to have the other test, she called me within hours of that test to provide me with the results.
