Not that urgent care is my favorite place to have to go when I’m sick however ours in Grafton is the best From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor everyone here is respectful and kind. They are prompt and timely Thank you so much for caring !
Surprised by all the negative reviews. Every experience I've had here has been top notch. A compassionate bunch of problem solvers in this building. I notice quite a few reviews are from some time ago. Perhaps they're on the upswing now?
"Why haven't you seen a regular doctor" "I am not mad at you but there is nothing I can do for you" said the person who never introduced herself to me. True, I had an appointment the following Tuesday for a massive rash but the pain was so great, I hoped for some immediate relief. Luckily, the only relief and compassion I got was the referral to the ER. I will bypass this Urgent Care for the more compassionate people at St Mary's ER.
