Before I left for Florida, I could barely lift my leg. I was relying on a brace and honestly felt really discouraged about my progress. Fast forward to now—I’m walking without my brace, able to fully lift my leg, and can bend it to 90°.

Especially without PT currently due to me just moving down to Florida, I was really worried my progress would stall. I’m still doing the exercises that were given to me, but I’m not actively being seen by a physical therapist right now—and despite that, I’ve continued to improve.

“While the staff and environment were wonderful, the 68 minute wait was excessive! When I checked in, the staff mentioned that there was a 45 min delay. The hour and 8 minutes was annoying. A call to patients to delay their arrival would be respectful“

Additionally, my discharge orders were rather vague, even though they were written, I still had to call my attending physician to find out The timeframe for what I could and could not do.“

“I have been to the Cedarburg WI location twice. Last fall I had recently flown and developed a stuffy and painful ear. I was able to go to their office and get seen right away. Turns out that I had an ear infection. I left with medication and probiotic in hand. Most recently I had another, slightly more complex issue. I called and was able to be seen within just an hour or two. I met and spoke with Chelsea K and she examined me, talked with me, and listened to me and helped me figure out what test I should get. She didn't just tell me what to do, she worked with me to decide what the best plan was. While waiting to get a test with another vendor, she called me a couple of times to follow up on blood tests results and always made me feel heard. She never rushed the conversation. When I had gone in to have the other test, she called me within hours of that test to provide me with the results. (All is well) I've never had such exceptional service in my life in regards to Healthcare. Costs are clear, your health and time are valued. Good location in Cedarburg to get to easily. Thank you THE DOCTORS and Chelsea K for creating such a personalized and refreshing Healthcare experience.“

“CCS put me with Danielle because of my concerning long list of psychiatric medications. Despite being treated with medications for 5+ years I was constantly being changed to this or that dose this or that medication, not able to find a solution. Danielle really put a lot of time and effort to fix the problems I was having. She takes extensive notes and communicates with me openly her thoughts and why she is making the choices she thinks are best. I have been with 3 different psychiatrists and have never had one understand me like Danielle has. I have been misdiagnosed with so many different mental disorders, the 3 other doctors failing to recognize that I'm actually just a woman that is neurodiverent. I have been on ADHD medication for a few months and thanks to Danielle's care and knowledge, its as if all my problems I've struggled with were fixed! She helped refer me to a place to get tested for autism too! She's an absolute saint. I recommend her to anyone. Front desk staff is also extremely kind and patient.
