The clinic has been providing great services for many years, with some patients having been going there for over 9 years. However, some patients have noted that the main entrance can be an issue due to construction and street closure, and that planning ahead for parking and walking to the clinic is necessary. Overall, patients are very pleased with the clinic and appreciate the positive and friendly environment. The clinic accepts a wide range of insurance plans, making it a convenient option for families.
I love Dr. Ritter! Always kind, spends time to know what’s going on, works with me. Same to be said for his nurse/assistant. The front end staff took a bit to get there to check me in but it was 8am, the first appt of the day I believe, and I think people may be coming in on the other side of the bldg during construction. The main entrance is an issue because of the street being closed. Just plan ahead to find parking and to walk to where you need to go. Overall, I’m very pleased with the clinic.
The staff here are truly professional, they ran every type of test you can name, told me what was wrong then presented me with options. I really believed they cared from the doctors on down to the kitchen.
Been going here for years since I was a child. Received the best care here for my pregnancy and children health care. It hurts to know that they are no longer going to be accepting children anymore.
