Had 6 tears across both rotors. Every surgeon said you must get surgery. Dr Locke fixed me with stem cells and PRP! Within 6 weeks I have 90% of the range of motion and 90% reduction in pain. Amazing! Before you get cut up, get a second opinion from Dr Locke!
