Very affordable compared to quotes I received from other local businesses, very friendly and easy to work with, good communication, install looks good and performs as it should. He quickly identified the issue and troubleshooted it with a temporary fix while we waited for the new part to come in. Detected several issues including a mouse in the A/C condenser that decided to chew on the wiring … Jacks father had worked on this system many years ago and may have installed it…

“We have had Ken come a few times over the years for furnace and AC issues and have always been pleased with the service. Our air conditioner went out on Memorial Day. I called the next day and Ken responded right away. He was scheduled to come early the following week to replace our unit but he moved us up to Friday, which was a blessing with very hot and humid weather. “I built a new home last year with a ground source heat pump and Water Source also provided full HVAC in the home. Design support was excellent, as was the install and after install support. I have a lot of questions and they have always been quick to respond with thoughtful answers.“

“Newer Central AC entirely stopped cooling over the weekend. Due to my work schedule, the only day I could be home to let a technician in was later the same day on a Sunday. I had called about 10 different places and only Kurth was able to get a technician out right away. Emergency service was provided the same evening. Tyler correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone and had to replace a capacitor that failed due to a mouse getting into it and being electrocuted which caused the compressor to not turn on. Tyler was friendly, very prompt, and efficient. Price was better than most others I had called. I'm thankful and appreciative for the good service and to have AC working again with hot weather coming every day this week. Thank you Kurth and Tyler.“

“I needed a kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet replaced. During this time Dave had to shut the water off. He discovered a connection on our supply tank had a leak. He check to see if he had the parts to fix it. He did, and when he left everything was in good working order.

“We had an A/C coil freeze up and reached out to Hurlburt for assessment and Jared discovered that it was low on refrigerant due to most likely an unidentified leak and was temporarily able to get us back up and running. We had Dave B to our home to install a new furnace and A/C the following week. Due to some miscommunication the incorrect furnace was brought out. Dave B continued to work and not let it deter him from his job. Dave B was professional (along with his technician assisting - did not catch his name), courteous and knowledgeable and had all of the correct equipment up and functioning that evening. Terrific Job by both Dave B and his technician!!“

CCS was the only place that asked me a couple questions to help me rule out a few things on my own so that they wouldn't have to come out. I truly appreciate the added time they took with me on the phone - great people!!
