“My mom and boyfriend bought me a new washer and new dryer from Dales. I went into the store to pick out the pair that I wanted and the man that helped us (forgot to get his name) was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I picked the speed queen set on Saturday morning. Monday morning while I was at work 2 men delivered and set up my new washer dryer. My mom was home, she called me at work and told me they ran into a problem, something was broken which made it impossible for them to install. I just told her to tell them to leave the washer and dryer and we would figure it out, but instead these 2 wonderful men ran back to black river falls (I live in Alma center) got new parts and fixed the problem! They only charged us for the new parts! My mom gave them each a really nice tip for going above and beyond for us! I would 100% recommend these guys to any and every one! Thank you so much for being so kind and so accommodating when you definitely didn’t have to!“
