“I had someone come out to check noise on start up of air conditioner. Of course it wouldn’t make noise then. Couple days later it started doing it again so I took video and took it in to Hovland. I talked with Glenn and he listened to noise and diagnosed it. I will be talking to someone about getting a new AC. Old one is over 30 years old, so I guess it is time to replace. Everyone I worked with have been polite and helpful. I highly recommend Hovland!“
“We have had Ken come a few times over the years for furnace and AC issues and have always been pleased with the service. Our air conditioner went out on Memorial Day. I called the next day and Ken responded right away. He was scheduled to come early the following week to replace our unit but he moved us up to Friday, which was a blessing with very hot and humid weather. “The blower fan motor seized up on our furnace. I called Jerry’s and they were at our house within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor. The furnace was running again in less than an hour from the time I placed the call! Friendly and professional. Highly recommend!“
