“I purchased a two story house and the upstairs always so much warmer than downstairs and I worked with Greg to determine that I could adjust some vents to help get that air circulating upstairs more and we got a thermostat installed that has multiple sensors so now I can get temps for both levels of my house and adjust accordingly! When the thermostat was installed they were able to swap my furnace filter as well because they had one on hand and walked me through it for future reference to handle it on my own!”
