Called them up, they had time that morning, so they were over in about 20 min, then walked me thru not only what they were doing on my furnace, but how to tell what was going on with it. So great!

Converted our furnace to natural gas. Was a great company to work with and at a competitive price. In addition, shortly after, I had issues with my water heater and a technician helped me trouble shoot it over the phone for free. I cannot say enough on how much I appreciate that because it was very cold out that night!!

We had an after hours call, and the service charge for that ($125) was actually very reasonable. Chuck was very timely getting to our home even with two calls ahead of us. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He is down to earth and knowledgeable. He told us what was what without trying to sell us anything (we bought a house with an old furnace). I recommend Indoor Comfort, and I’ll be using them in the future.Service: Heating system repair
