We've used Environmental Systems for a long time, probably 20 years when Doug first installed air conditioner and new furnace. His son Will has the same high customer service.Our gas furnace went out this morning and with the deep freeze and high winds going on, Will came out in a few hours and replaced the igniter that chose to go out. It was almost 100 degrees. Our air conditioner quit. My wife is not happy! I called many. many hvac places and got nowhere until I talked to Will at Environmental Systems. He quoted me the day after I talked to him, and we had air (that has worked flawlessly for over a year now) TWO days from the initial call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Note: About two weeks after they installed our beautiful, wonderful air conditioner, I received two quotes from competitors via the mail. This is a small company serving the Eau Claire WI area. They install and service residential furnaces & HVAC units. In the 40+ years I've lived in Eau Claire Ive used 4 different companies that install & service heating & cooling systems. NONE can compare to Doug & Will Wahl. They do excellent work, show up when they say they will, & YES! They answer calls for emergency service when your furnace goes out on a cold night. Their rates are very reasonable. When we had our furnace & AC units replaced several years years ago no one could come close to their price. I just had my furnace serviced prior to the winter heating season. The price? $85 (+tax).
