Erv Smith Services, Inc.
“Erv Smith Services were fantastic to work with. Gavin was incredibly informative, providing detailed quotes and information for our new furnace and A/C. I appreciated his honesty during our conversations and never felt like I was being unnecessarily upsold. The installers, Jeff and Stevie, did a top-notch quality job. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they treated the installation as if it were their own home, never rushing to finish. They were patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. Although there was a slight issue with the AC (not Erv Smith's fault), they resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I'm a happy customer, would gladly work with them again, and highly recommend their services.”
