The men who installed my furnace were professional, friendly and courteous. They were hard workers, did an excellent job, explained the furnace to me and answered all my questions. I was very happy and impressed. I highly recommend this company.
Wiersgalla Co in Eau Claire, WI is amazing! I called this morning at 8:30, and my new water heater was installed before noon. The customer service was outstanding. The technician took the time to answer all my questions and even showed me how to adjust the temperature of the water if necessary. Fast, efficient, affordable, and excellent customer service are all reasons I would recommend Wiersgalla.
Recently had Wiersgalla out to service our furnace and clean out our vents! The tech shows up and was super nice, professional, and honest! He actually advised me that we didn’t need our vents cleaned and he wouldn’t want to charge us for a service we don’t need! I appreciated his direct approach and will for sure call them again for my hearing/cooling needs!
