By far this company is number ONE in customer service in the Chippewa Valley area and possibly in the State of Wisconsin!! They ROCK! We are new to the area and needed to have our fireplaces, furnace and AC serviced. Wow, are we glad we called Erv Smith Country Home Inc., who was recommended to us for our needs. Everyone we have dealt with, from Lisa and Theresa, in the administrative end, to our service technician, Matt has been exceptionally customer service oriented. All are organized and efficient.
Matt, our service technician, was outstanding! He serviced and got both fireplaces operating again and did the maintenance on our furnace. He, aside from his technical expertise, answered our questions and was kind and thorough.
