“Our littles came home with lice and after totally freaking out we made the call to Lice Clinics of America. They were able to fit us in the next day and treat our whole family (two active cases and three checks without any lice found) in the span of 2 hours. Lana was friendly and helpful with how to manage the situation at home and making sure that we took care of all bedding, carpet, and furniture. She was gentle and kind helping our toddler understand the process and be cooperative. It was an expensive visit. But it was worth it! The convenience, speed, and thoroughness.

I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.“
