One landscaping company claimed that the backflow assembly was broken and was in need of repair and gave us a quote on the spot. Wanting a second opinion, we had another company also give us a quote, but we had made the mistake of telling them that the backflow assembly was previously diagnosed as broken. They didn't deny the break and gave us a bigger quote than the first one. Thinking something didn't sound right from either company, I reached out to Terry for a third opinion.

“This is our second time having Rooter Tech out to work on our home. This time was for an underground leak in a section of the main, water supply, pipe to the home.

Carlos, was able to come out to inspect the problem on the same day that I called. After doing some prep work we set up the job for the next morning. He and his crew arrived on time and took care of everything!

I was sent pictures and videos of the leak once it was fully exposed along with the completed work. The entire area was filled in beautifully. Can’t even tell there was ever an issue to begin with.
