I have used Purdy Plumbing for a variety of our plumbing needs and they always exceed my expectations - They are professional, on-time, on-estimate every-time. I know the challenges to find honest, reputable contractors to complete our plumbing needs I put my trust in Purdy.
They picked up the phone on the second ring and got someone out same day to fix our leaking toilet/failed wax ring. Chris did a great job and was happy to answer questions and educate us on some residential plumbing info. He even took the time to speak on the phone to our home warranty agent for our claim. Fair price and good honest work.
My well pump stopped working. Chris came out that night to troubleshoot, as a house with no water is challenging and they scheduled me in. Ultimately, it was a blown component in control circuitry. In spite of being a plumber, he did the electrical troubleshooting to isolate the component, order it, and get it replaced the next morning. Friendly company with loyal employees. The only plumbing company I use in Gig Harbor area!
