We had a strong sewer gas smell coming from our guest bathroom, and after trying to get answers before, we still did not know what was causing it. It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing whenever guests came over and needed to use that bathroom. As soon as I explained the issue, Donald quickly suggested a smoke test to trace the leak in the plumbing vent or drain system. That immediately gave me confidence that he knew exactly how to handle the problem. He and Kingston came out to our home in Gig Harbor, performed the test, and found the source of the odor right away. They worked efficiently, removed the toilet, fixed the area that had not been sealed correctly, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet properly. The repair was clean, professional, and done with great attention to detail. Best of all, the bathroom odor has not returned since the service. They also left the area spotless, which I really appreciated. Donald was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable having the plumbers in my home. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and even the small thoughtful gesture for my dog stood out.
