After the cold spell, I had a couple pipes break. Pat's put me on the wait list and came out the very next day, which was great. Julio and Merle were fantastic. Easy to talk to, very thorough in the inspection and were good at explaining the process to me. The communication was fantastic from the start with booking the appointment, to them keeping me in the loop for when the techs would arrive. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Pat's Plumbing for sure. After a short visit my pipes were repaired and wrapped and ready for any further cold weather. Thank you Pat's Plumbing.

We have been using Pat's Plumbing for very many years. we live in a townhome community and I have been the President of the association for 22 years. I refer all the homeowners to Pat's for their plumbing needs. They have installed a new water heater, toilets, new water shut off valves though our house. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Alex used to be the guy that showed up here. Since he moved on, Jesse is now the guy. He is very good and conscientious in his work!! We had a bathroom remodeled recently. The toilet had come loose. I didn't call the remodeler. They had their chance. I called Pat's to reset the toilet, since I had no problems after they installed...read full review

I'm not sure why this company is getting such bad reviews. We had an old water tank leaking in our basement. It was really bad. About 1/4 inch of water all over the floor. We called other places, but no one could make it out for two days. We could NOT wait that long. We called Pat's and they were able to replace out water heater the same day. The guys who did the job were polite and professional. I'd recommend Pat's again in a heartbeat!
