“From the moment I stepped inside I was welcomed by the guy at the front desk. Both front desk people were very friendly. The guy helped me and was very efficient in getting me checked in. He also had a beautiful smile and actually made me feel like he liked his job.<br>The young lady that took me back to the room was very sweet. She took my eye pictures and reassured me everything was going to be fine. She even offered to hold my hand if needed.<br>The doctor was very nice as well. He was honest with me and explained the procedure if I chose to proceed. He told me the diagnosis and assured me it wasn’t cancer. Surprisingly he told me that he wouldn’t do it if it was him and that if the cyst got bigger the procedure to remove it would be the same. I appreciated his honesty.”
