Received a very pleasant visit while getting my eye exam yesterday. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help me out with my Eyeglasses that I purchased from LensCrafters. I will be returning on Friday to order me some new glasses even though they fixed my old glasses for me at no charge. Can’t wait to get some progressives glasses and see if they are better than my current Bifocals that I ended up getting at LensCrafters because the progresses ones that they sold me were not working out. AMAZING! I brought in my broken pair of expensive sunglasses. Within 5 minutes, a remarkably nice man (didn't get his name) comes out of the back room, hands me my glasses completely repaired, and refused to charge me. It absolutely made my day. 10/10 this place rules.
I normally don't write many reviews for expected quality of service, however I can say my experience at this provider was exceptional. The front desk was friendly and the op tech Amy was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and patient. The optometrist was straight forward, friendly, and efficient. It was the most enjoyable eye appt I have ever been to and I had to write a review. Keep up the great work!
