Excellent experience - the staff and doctor are welcoming and efficient while still allowing time for patient questions and discussion. And the glasses are great too! Thank you all.
i have been to this location on 2 other occasions for eye exams and glasses and it has always been very good service. This time I went in because my eye got scratched right across the pupil and Dr Dhaliwal was great and got me back to normal quickly.
Eye exam was awesome, great patient care and interaction. Frame selection left a bit to be desired as I was not asked once if I needed help as I browsed before my appointment or after. The staff member that was free was visiting with another staff member then helped someone who came in after me making my visit much longer than it should have been.
