They were all so nice. I have a severe issue with my cornea and dry eyes. They were so helpful when they knew i didn’t have health insurance. No my job doesn’t provide it. Got me on a payment plan and told me they will try to help me get my eye figured out. I was pretty emotional… being that 2026 hasn’t been going great for me and they were showed me empathy and grace. Will recommend.
Easy to schedule online with multiple reminders of upcoming appointment date & time. Friendly, polite & professional staff in appearance and demeanor and most helpful regarding insurance and pricing questions. I was most impressed with the photos taken of eye showing retina, vessels and surrounding area...all without dilation and the ability of doctor to show on computer screen and review with me. I will be returning to this provider in the future and highly recommend Sexton Vision Group at Pearle Vision - Tacoma Mall area. So thankful that they are part of UnitedHealthCare.
