I had an excellent experience with the entire office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and provided outstanding customer service. They were also very helpful in assisting me with choosing the perfect frames for my eyeglasses. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I love Visionworks! Everyone is ready and willing to help me. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that one girl gave me a quote based on my insurance. I had to leave but when I came back another girl was going to give me a quote. I told her that the first girl already did, but there was nothing in the system. Then I looked at glasses and a third girl helped me and she had to enter the info again.
Came in today to try on glasses since I need a new prescription. When I walked in Sera stood up and greeted me right away. As I told her I was just looking Jennifer the GM for the store came up to me and helped me pick out a couple frames. I was so impressed with how professional and assertive everyone was and the sense of urgency to help me. I will definitely be returning and share my experience.
